- We are not a party to the doctor-patient relationship
- We do not employ or control the doctors, hospitals, or other healthcare providers we recommend
Important: Our role is to connect you with healthcare providers. Treatment outcomes, medical procedures, and clinical decisions are entirely the responsibility of the healthcare providers involved.
4 User Obligations
When using our services, you agree to:

Regarding treatment costs:
- All medical treatment fees are paid directly to the treating hospital or clinic
- Heal Advisors does not collect or hold patient funds for treatment
- Any quotes or estimates provided are not binding contracts
- Additional costs (travel, accommodation, visa, etc.) are the patient's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing
7 Intellectual Property
All content on the Heal Advisors website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Heal Advisors or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
